Consultation Terms & Agreement

By scheduling and paying for a consultation with Dr. Eduardo Beltran, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Appointment

   • All scheduled online sessions are medical consultations, not free “discovery calls.”

   • Consultations are designed to last 60–90 minutes and involve professional medical evaluation, discussion of history, and potential recommendations.

2. Consultation Fee

   • The fee for the Initial Consultation is $350 USD.

   • Follow-up appointments are $150 USD unless otherwise specified.

   • Fees are for the doctor’s time, expertise, and medical guidance, whether or not you choose to pursue further testing or treatment.

3. No Free Calls

   • There are no complimentary discovery calls. Scheduling a consultation means you are committing to a paid professional service.

4. Acknowledgment

   • By scheduling, you confirm that you understand these terms and agree that the consultation fee is non-refundable, as it represents the doctor’s time and professional expertise.

5. Rescheduling / Cancellations

   • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

   • Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged in full.
